Our goal is to provide the services most appropriate to the needs and desires of the individual; we focus on what is important to the person.
Phoenix Service Corporation is a team of experienced professionals who specialize in meeting the needs of adults with disabilities. Our goal is to provide the tools needed to sustain independent living. We focus on a person's choice while recognizing the diverse, sometimes complex, needs of those we serve.
We have made a vital difference in the lives of the people we serve for over 30 years. We serve individuals in the seven-county metro area of St. Paul and Minneapolis.

Our History
Phoenix Service Corporation has been providing services for individuals in Minnesota for over 25 years. As a member of The Phoenix Residence family, we are well-versed in serving others and providing excellent care.
First incorporated solely as a rehabilitation service provider, Phoenix Service Corporation was licensed to provide occupational, physical and speech therapies to individuals with profound disabilities. The therapy services were administered to The Phoenix Residence individuals at their Adult Day Program locations.
In the early 1990s, a group of employees had to vision and foresight to broaden our repertoire of services. It was then when we were first licensed to offer both Relocation Service Coordination and Independent Living Services. There was a real need for providing services to individuals with disabilities in their own homes and communities.
Today, our menu of services has grown considerably to include Case Management, Housing Support Program, Transitional Services, and Housing Stabilization Services, just to name a few.
My Individualized Home Support worker at Phoenix Service Corporation helps me make my appointments, makes sure I get there on time, and she always reminds me about my appointments because I forget. They have good people working for them.
